Description: A tract of land situate in Lower Mt. Bethel Township, beginning at an Apple tree a corner of Abraham Hubler’s land and thence by the same and land of Jepthia Arrison,  North forty-three degrees West, one-hundred-sixty-five perches to a post, a corner of Nathaniel Britain’s land and land of Samuel Akea’s, South forty-seven degrees West two-hundred-four perches to a stone, thence by land of William Mc_ale, South forty-one and a half East sixteen perches to a stone in the creek, thence down the creek  South sixty degrees East twenty-nine perches to a stone, South forty-six degress East, forty perches to a stone, thence by land of Abraham Hubler North fifty-sever degrees East, two-hundred-thirty perches containing 200 acres. The same tract conveyed from Thomas Rockman and  Elizabeth his wife, to Samuel Rea on June 9, 1759, recorded at Easton, Northampton Co., Book B, Vol.1, page 19. Recorded 28 June 1816.
